I wanted to take my time wishing my father Sean BlkScorpion Parker a happy birthday today. I wanted to make sure I had the right words to describe how important of an influence he has been in my life. How lucky I am to be able to say I consider my father to be one of my best friends and one of my all time heros. A man who doesnt bring you down despite your mistakes and allows you to find your own path all the while being one of your biggest supporters. I use to say when I grew up I wanted to be like my father knowing that was never acceptable to him because he wants his children to surpass anything he could ever do. My father has taught me all types of lessons in my life through his actions and words. He made me work for the things I truely wanted while never expecting the things I didnt need. Many people may have there own opinion on what makes a good father. Ive been blessed enough to know a man that embodies the definition. It feels me up with pride not just to say Im his firstborn but that I also carry his name with me wherever I go. Happy birthday pops.
