I wanted to take the time to thank all of you for choosing to like my page and following me on my health and fitness journey! I feel so blessed to have this page to inspire, motivate and connect with others to lead healthy and fit lives! Since I have well over 100 new followers 😃 on this page I wanted to share my health and fitness journey with all of you! PS this is gonna be long but youll learn a lot about me! So Im just gonna put it out there: Ive always been skinny. Like to the point where Ive always been viewed as underweight by the doctors. The thing was I never tried to to be that thin. I ate like crazy and my insanely high metabolism burnt it all off. {ok go ahead...get it out of your system and call me all of those mean skinny names. Done? Ok good! 😊} Problem was I never viewed myself as too skinny. I thought I looked healthy. Boy was I wrong!!! I was far from healthy looking hence why I dealt with friends and family telling me everything from I looked anorexic to calling me a bag of bones. Yep, those names are just as hurtful as someone who is overweight being called fat. The eating like crazy eventually caught up to me in college and I got to my heaviest. It took me YEARS after I graduated from college to finally realize that working out and eating healthy would transform my body! I started working out 5-6 days a week in Sept 2013. Five weeks after starting T25 I lost 7 pounds, 5 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my hips (a lot for a so called skinny girl huh? 😉) I have worked hard to improve my body and continue to do so every day!!! I actually have muscles now!!!! 😃💪 Here are some of my transformation pics to show you my journey. 💗
