I wanted to thank everyone for the calls, text messages and emails regarding Ryan Dungey’s win this weekend at the first round of the outdoor nationals! What you are seeing is the consistent homework that Ryan has been putting in for 7 months!! The performance you saw on Saturday (or in the recap film below) is a result of building an aerobic base, strength base and then build top end speed that started in November.
