I wanted to update you on the status of my Manja, the voracious - TopicsExpress

I wanted to update you on the status of my Manja, the voracious one. She went from competing locally in Palo Alto just three weeks ago, and at the WAO on Team USA in Spain just a year ago, to staying in the ICU for stroke and vertical nystagmus and a suspected brain tumor just over two weeks ago. She was given 3-6 months to live. As you can imagine, my heart was/is crushed. The good news is that she has rallied and is almost back to her old vivacious, naughty-and-nice self. While her energy levels are often high, they do dissipate more quickly and she has a slight listing of her head to the right. Overall, however, she is in good spirits!! The life lesson Manja has shared with me, and I would like to share with you, is that: ~~YOU CAN CAREEN ON THE CUSP OF CHAOS, AND STILL CONTINUE TO FLY~~ Manja continues to live up to this today. Tomorrow we go to get a second opinion from another veterinary neurologist. Regardless of the outcome, Manja says: ~~LIFE IS SHORT; LIVE TALL~~ Check out these videos; this is the way I want Team Manja to be remembered... Love yall...
