I was THOROUGHLY unimpressed with the rude, nasty,and insensitive manner in which the ER staff at Mercy Washington (Dr. Scott. Crollard and the nurse Todd) handled my sick infant grandson yesterday when we had him rushed to the ER with respiratory difficulty, a high fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. They acted like it was beneath them to treat him, and we were a huge inconvenience to them. Their demeanor was crude, they were short, had an attitude with every response, and it was more than a little obvious, that it was because he is black. The doctor was completely unprofessional. I hope those two never have to experience the kind of indignity they subjected my family to in their time of need.
