I was WRONG! I could not have been more wrong! When I first heard about Love, Peace and Pho, I was hesitant to try since the owners also own the nail salon next door. GO GO GO before it becomes insanely popular! I had the pleasure of dining at Love, Peace and Pho tonight after catching a TPAC matinee with three of my girlfriends. The décor is clean and bright and the wait staff very friendly and attentive. Love, Peace and Pho is the newest Vietnamese Restaurant in Nashville (open about two months now and quite busy for a rainy Sunday night). Quite honestly, Ive never seen a Vietnamese menu like it. It is vegetarian friendly (including the pho) and the bánh mì menu comes in six variations, including a vegetarian “pork” option (made with tofu). I got the fried egg bánh mì. It was absolutely delicious, the bread fresh and the egg was cooked to perfection with a slightly soft yolk - just the way I like it. The veggies on the sandwich as well as what was served with the pho were exceptionally FRESH. My fried egg Bánh mì totally ROCKED the menu! I wish they were open for breakfast and on my way to work. I could make my coworkers JEALOUS! We had a chance to chat with the owner who explained that the broth for the pho (beef & vegetarian options) is a two day process. They also worked with a chef in Oregon to design the bánh mì menu. He checked in on us twice to make sure we were enjoying our meal. https://facebook/pages/Love-Peace-and-Pho/781355065258594
