I was advised against this, but sometimes, advise is not what I need, good employees is what I need right now. Im putting this out here, to my local folks, and anyone you may know that needs a job. Im not going to sugar coat this, or beat around the bush. LaVergnes TeleMessaing is in need of call center operators. The requirements are as follows, and let me repeat this is not sugar coated. I need to also add that just because you know me, does not mean your loved one, or friend will get the job. 1. You must realize that this is a 24 hour business. You WILL be expected to work any shift, days, or evenings, and this includes weekends and holidays. 2. We require good typing skills, this means typing without looking at the keyboard. 3. You must have a good telephone voice. If you sound like youre 12 years old, dont apply. 4. You must be able to spell. 5. Dependability is key. 6. Your shift is not guaranteed. 7. You WILL be called in on your day off if we need you. Ok, now that no one wants to work for LaVergnes, heres the upside. Lavergnes has been in business since 1960. We have long time employees, including myself, that will train you, and coach you on the fine art of Call Center Telephony. We have a pleasant atmosphere, and work together to get our job done. Our dress is casual. So put your jeans on!
