I was always told not to have children by my family. Not like in a joking way... It was almost like a rule. I mean... I knew when I was younger I wanted a family of my own (which I have now :) ) and when I had children... They were like ok... You had them so you take care of them. I stopped going out... Shopping sprees... Its always been all about them. Never really had to ask for help until coming back to maine. Never asked anyone to watch them... Accept, ocassionally, when I had no one to watch them while I worked. I realize I dont have parents of my own... To step in the way a normal gma-gpa system would work... But why should we be denied a normal life... With a normal family system. I do not know one woman, that raised children without some sort of support system.
