I was appalled to hear that Zelda Williams left Twitter because of the thoughtless and uncaring comments made in her time of grief. Lets spread more understanding where we can. If you cant understand then at least show some compassion. We all stumble through this game of life trying to do the best we can, the tragedy is when the best appears to be removing yourself from the game. I have felt depression and learnt that its not just a case of pulling your socks up and getting on with it and I count myself incredibly lucky to have never felt it to the point of suicidal thoughts. I know others who have and guilt is huge for them. Compassion and caring really can be a life line. Rather than criticise what seems uncomprehensible to you reach out a hand - your care may be just what is needed.
