I was at PetLife in Lewiston warming up my little babies and while walking in the hall I met a woman with a couple of kids and she stopped to talk to me. I told her we were there bc we had no power/heat. She prayed for us aloud and for those doing all the work restoring power. I thanked her and she went on her way. Shortly after I sat down and checked the CMP site to see if my street was still without power. My street was no longer listed as being without power. I drove home to find lights on. Its the generous spirit of strangers and the little things... And thank you to my daughter for bringing me a plate of Thanksgiving dinner last night.
