I was blown away by the Korean rib bowl at Suburba which was grilled Korean short ribs, Sirachi aïoli, sticky rice, and Apple kimchi. The ribs were done just how I like them; I had to tug a bit to get them off the bone and there were crispy charbroiled bits of fat that melted in my mouth. Spoiler alert: if you are looking for meaty fall off the bone ribs, these are not for you. I couldnt leave without a salted caramel brownie from their extensive array of goodies.
