Part of my job here in Japan has me working with a city and school located in Arkansas, USA. Its a part of my job which I truly enjoy. Every year I get to help organize the school trip for my students going to the USA and also have the pleasure of welcoming a corresponding exchange group from Hot Springs. Living and working every day with teenagers can be exhausting, and it isnt something I often say, but the group of visiting students in July were truly a group I will always remember. Their interest and general behaviour was impeccable and I would like to think some of them might come back for a return visit. One of the girls has put together something and has given me permission to share with you on my page. Ive lived in Japan 25 years now, but how it seems to someone with fresh new eyes is something I cant show myself. She has really captured this perfectly.
