Anyone else remember this guy? Somehow, he randomly popped into my head the other day along with Buffalo Daughter and a couple other bands. I dont own anything by him, but he is quite solid 90s electronic music. He also falls into the Shibuya Kei which was sort of like grunge in that it was a similar aesthetic shared by artists in a particular reason. Grunge had Seattle, and Shibuya kei has, well, Shibuya. Cornelius is one of the most famous and important of these musicians, as he was in the seminal Flippes Guitar. The other most important band for the Shibuya kei sound is probably Pizzicato Five. They are even popular in the West.
