I was born in Austria on a dairy farm and moved to the states when I was 5 years old with my parents and sister I grew up in Chicago and sports were my way of fitting in starting in grade school I played high school and college football as a running back After a few injuries I decided to take ballet because I loved to move and jump ..I moved to Los Angeles in 1979 and starting teaching aerobics at Jane Fonda s studio in Beverly Hills from 1982 to 1990..I appeared in one of her videos I returned here because of my family and friends but I do miss the weather and sunshine Yoga has been the vehicle in which I feel I can best serve the world with whatever gifts I have I am ERYT certified through yoga alliance and have been a yoga teacher trainer for Pure Yoga. I conduct workshops and retreats in Mexico during the winter months Lifetime Vernon hills has been a blessing in my life! I teach at other clubs but I tell everyone I know that I am most fulfilled and happy when I teach at Lifetime The positive energy that the members give me back is amazing and continues to inspire me after over 3 years of teaching here
