I was challenged by Heather to post three things for which I am grateful for the next three days... 1. Toilet Paper - we had a close call this past Sunday. I live in a town where you cant buy on Sunday, so we would have had to humble ourselves and beg off a neighbor. Thank goodness it didnt come to that. Ive been reading dystopian novels lately, and nobody talks about it. Get your years supply of toilet paper, people! 2. Grocery stores - this fall I managed to harvest 3 banana peppers and 15 sunflower sprouts - none of which I ate, they rotted in my fridge. Which brings me to 3. Refrigerators - they keep my milk cold, my veggies crispy and fresh, my cheese from molding and they ensure my condiments will last through the last days. I nominate Michelle Lew and Lori !
