I was challenged/ put upon/ threatened by Stephen Kiely to post a song each day for 5 days. I dont usually go for these sort of things and I post plenty of music anyway, but hes a good lad so I thought Id indulge him. Rather than using some of my go-to, all-time favourites, I thought Id choose some songs that I wouldnt normally think of posting. In line with that Im going to start with a song that I only heard yesterday from an artist I havent heard of before. This is from a record co-produced by William Tyler, one of my favourite artists of the last few years, and Mark Nevers, which will be out next year. Under penalty of death I must nominate 5 other poor souls to join me on this quest of posting 5 songs. They shall be David Messer, Josh Rennie-Hynes, Kate Boalch Palmer, Caitlin Rose Harnett and David Little.
