I was curious to know if anyone knows of organizations to donate hair. I did the research and many require a 10 inch pony tail, some do 8 inches. But for me it wasnt a full head. I recently had 1/3 of my head shaved off for a brain tumor, and I dont need it anymore, but read somewhere that some organizations will take that small amount and make wigs for kids battling cancer. I know my hair is over 10 inches, but concerned that they wont take the 1/3 and would rather have a full ponytail. Does anyone know orgs that will take it in? Or even a small company that does it themselves?? Still doing more research but any help is greatly appreciated :)
