As I sit here and think about my upcoming long weekend for Veterans Day my mind automatically goes to my little brother serving in Afghanistan and my sister-in-law serving at the home front and I just wanna send out a big thank you to the both of yall, I have a very big family of Veterans my grandpa the meanest of us all served in World War II and Korea, my Big bro James that served during the time of the Scud Missle in Desert Storm battling the Iraqi republican gaurd and Tommy fighting the taliban in the mountains of Afghanistan, my neices husband Tom fighting in Iraq and also a best friend Micah fighting in Iraq, so with this said I hope that on your long weekend u dont forget what its about and if you know someone that fought for your freedom say thank you!!! Not just to that Soldier but also that family that stood or is standing with that Soldier whether it be a spouse, parent, or sibling. And most importantly remember u can thank a vet any day not just on veterans day!!
