I was doing some research for a friend who asked me if Beachbody was even possible for someone like her because she has Fibromyalgia. For those who dont know what it is, Fibromyalgia is a common syndrome in which a person has long-term, body-wide pain and tenderness in the joints, muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues and has also been linked to fatigue, sleep problems, headaches, depression, and anxiety. Because I dont personally suffer from this condition, I asked around on my team page, searched online and stumbled upon a great deal of success stories about people whove overcome their condition and went on to live happier, healthier, PAIN-FREE lives! I was floored by some of the videos, forum comments, and pictures I found. The one below in particular made me think, If she can do it with Lupus AND Fibromyalgia, anyone can do it! This just goes to show the POWER of determination and consistency. When you want something bad enough you WILL work for it and make it happen. I am so happy to see people NOT making excuses out of their conditions, but rather making CHANGES towards living a more fulfilling and positive life.
