I was driving by Target in Modesto and I see this little boy who looks around 3 and notice him standing alone behind a short shrub in the parking lot area so I see this guy and figure theres dad no big deal but the guy walks the other way and I see an older larger women walking at least 6-7 cars away and when I stop my car to walk this baby out of the parking lot, she screams at me and I am thinking OMG thats his parent? I tell her (yelled at her) hes going to get hit by a car backing out of a parking spot and she goes nuts screaming (she was very far away), He never did anything to you, why are you mad at him, what did he ever do to you?! HELLO????!!! Unfortunately, I didnt bring my cell phone but if I would have video taped her behavior and called CPS.... CRAZINESS!
