I was driving home after 3 days at the PSKC shows, thinking what can I fix for my dinner. I was tired and could not think of anything really easy to fix. My great friend, Jean Jordan, had text me that she brought Paige home and put her in the back yard. Great, thanks for keeping her while I was gone. I get home and there is a note look in the refrigerator. I did and found my dinner. Jean left a big piece of homemade lasagna and a fabulous salad. I just finished dinner. Amigo, it was great, now my tummy is full, heater on, the warmest I have been in days and all is right with my world.
