I was driving home yesterday, and I SWEAR, the clip above depicts exactly what happened. A young, female moose walked right through the middle of a busy street. It was on Broadway, right at the corner of the Southbound I-95 entrance. She came out of the gate of a fenced yard, went to the corner to the crosswalk, stopped, looked at my approaching car, then stepped off of the curb and began crossing the street at a leisurely place. All traffic stopped. She walked about halfway across the street going toward the shopping center, then paused. She stood there for a moment, then turned and went back. She went back to the same house, went through the gate into the yard and meandered off into the back yard. I guess she was going shopping, and must have forgotten her purse. The light was green, but everybody waited until he was gone to leave. Some people applauded. youtube/watch?v=RaE5q2KJtPs
