I was driving to work this morning and I was thinking about the saying that God wont give us anything we cant handle. In reality that statement isnt true. In life God allows plenty of thing that are too much for us to handle. There are many times when we can feel like we are at the end of our rope. But the good news is that when our rope ends Gods rope begins. We may not be able to handle things but He can through us. Ultimately He is where we get our strength to make it through hard times. He equips us for those things when its time to go through them. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 says this: 9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. So when things get hard and you feel like giving up remember that The Lord will give you the strength to endure! Hope this encourages someone today!
