I was feeling unwell yesterday like I was coming down with something like cold or flu. Nose running, lights hurting my eyes, sound hurting my ears, slight headache on one side & pain in my upper teeth on one side. As the day pressed forward things got worse, Im thinking meningitis! I got out my neti pot & the powdered salt/bicarbonate of soda & washed out my sinuses. Major sharp pain in the sinus cavities on the painful side but I kept on keeping on. Immediately almost, within a half hour at least, the headache left, the sound/light sensitivity subsided and the running nose stopped completely! Back to normal again! Sinuses on one side were indeed plugged & pressure building. But the Neti pot normalizes things almost immediately & I cant recommend it enough!
