I was getting all my things together to work on sending out Christmas cards and saw a note peeking out of a box. It was a note from 12-2009 from my Dad thanking me for the oranges I had sent him for Christmas. It was right after he had retired from work and in less than 4 months I was attending his funeral. I crossed quite a few names of my Christmas list this year because I had to say goodbye. It was a tearful day yesterday but I am thankful for the reminder from my Dad that he loved me.
