I told him I really dont think much about it, and it doesnt bother me, and I actually feel safer when I see people open carrying in a responsible fashion (responsible to ME meaning gun holstered, not acting like a jerk or making a big deal about it, see the funny meme), because criminals are not likely to open carry a holstered weapon. Then My friend asked why people open carry. Not being one who open carries, I had no answer. So my question is, why do you open carry?
