I was in 2 Corinthians 13 today and what a blessing it was...in verses 4 - 6 For he was crucified in weakness, but lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you we will live with him by the power of God. Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless indeed you fail to meet the test! I hope you will find out that we have not failed the test. Today we celebrate Christs death...we celebrate only because we KNOW that He rose again three days later...HE IS NOT ON THE CROSS! be sure to test yourself (check yourself) examining if you know Christ as your PERSONAL Lord and Savior...as this scripture asks us... May today be the day you choose to go to a Good Friday service to learn that Christ was placed on that cross for you (1 Peter 2:24)...and a new life in him can be yours (2 Corinthians 3:6).
