I was just involved in a heated conversation about Muslims and the Muslim world in general. I consider myself somewhat of an expert in this area as I have been brought up in a Muslim society and have been working in the Muslim world of Saudi Arabia. People have the notion that Muslims are evil and radical... This is so far from the truth..if you believe that then you are just as bad as the radical and extreme people that claim they do certain things in the name of Islam. I know successful Muslims, Gay Muslims, poor Muslims... for the most part very kind and generous people. I say this because I make my living on the religion of Islam. I know that most of my colleagues also make their living from that particular religion. I am proud of what I do and I am proud of what myself and my colleagues have accomplished in these countries that no one else would dare to enter...I just wish that people would stop labeling Muslims as the bad people and focus on labeling the bad people that just happen to be muslim..
