I was just watching an IG clip of a gal in a back relaxed pose (shot in typical IG/selfie/bathrm fashion). My thoughts: pretty decent structure and could do damage with better conditioning. ...Then I scroll through remarks (curious about feedback), only to realize it was actually a Physique dude getting ready for Nationals. Crazy right? Obviously each division holds conditioning parameters (and my ideal WPD athlete is going to be very well-conditioned) but I had never stopped to consider that perhaps MP athletes SHOULD have a softer look than their womens physique counterparts. ... Just found it interesting- and (ok, ok...) a bit comical. 😉
