I was not so pleased with where I chose to eat just now. I was trying to save money, and the place has always looked so nice from the outside, but inside it was cold, and there were gnats. I had the urge to flee but didnt. Part of what bothered me was that the Prix Fixe deal on the inside was five or six euro more than on the outside menu. I wasnt keen on what they served me... so I picked at it a little, and decided to call it a late lunch. I got the waiter to get me a take away container, then I went to the homeless guy at the end of the block. I said Voulez vous quelque chose a manger? Not sure if I said that right, but he understood me. I dont think people give him still warm 18 Euro dishes every night. But I think after I sleep a bit, Ill go back out to the same place I ate last night... which is what I should have done in the first place.
