I was passing by the front of Seattle City Hall on my way to an AMDEF video shoot and I saw this scene. Part of the bottom floor of City Hall has these red panels around it (the light inside is phenomenal and I did shoot that as well - to be edited still) and I was standing with this part of the courtyard at my eye level and the fountain that causes this shallow puddle of water had just been turned off so the water was calm. The scene leaped out at me but I had to shoot it blind with my lens shoved between two wires of the railing around the level. Live View was pretty much useless as well cuz of the glare on the screen! I got very very lucky! D90, f6.3, 1/400, ISO 200, processed in PS6 using HDR tone mapping.
