I was reading some articles on motivation and success and came across a story about a motivational speaker. This motivational speaker went to a company with 100+ employees and as he was talking about different motivational topics he came to his demonstration. He gave each a worker a balloon and texta pen to write their name on. They all blew there balloons up and he asked them all to put it in this room, there was no space left on the ceiling after all the balloons occupied the room. He then told them to find the balloon with their name on it, so they all rushed in and every was bumping into each other and it was a chaotic scene, after 10 minutes barely anyone had actually found their balloon. After this he instructed them to get a balloon and yell the name on it, the room was cleared in no longer than 10 minutes. Moral of the story is that helping one another with a big task will get the job done much quicker and much more efficiently then trying to compete with each other to get the job done #TeamWork
