I was running on a regular basis and working out once in a while, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything alter when I started this program...just having the fat burning food as the recommendations. After some weeks on the program, I discover my waist has gone down 2 sizes and the belly meat gets tight... this project has give me new momentum for my body, and I am now working hard on the road to being the best pattern in my life.
