I was sitting in the car noticing how tight my chest felt and how hard my heart was working tonight ..... Ive been thinking a lot about a beautiful friend of mine who suffered a recent heart attack then wondered if I was thinking of her too hard. Then I thought about some rather sad aspects to life lately and realised that fifteen years ago, when I lived in Tennessee that I learned a broken heart can feel this physically uncomfortable as well then I also realised I had not taken my daily medications and when I did this I started to feel some relief. I believe all three thoughts were relevant to my heart tonight. But it is a very strong one and it will all eventually get better. Especially since I am so love by my hubby and three kids.
