I was sitting in the jumpseat as a new Dispatcher (ATP knowledge without the stick time) flying back from Jamaica after spending two days getting bumped off flight after flight. I got home on a charter airline which I will not name. The captain said he had to go to the bathroom, he said sit in my seat while I am gone. I got settled he said grab the yolk and keep it level...he proceeded to switch off the autopilot and said Now you are flying....got up and went to the bathroom. I was 23 years old and the back was full of people! I know the f/o was there but....really!
