I was so happy to answer the phone today and hear my old friend Evan Wills on the other end. Many of you that show horses or are involved with the Fairs in Southern Ontario know him and his family from R.E. Wills Sound Systems. Evan was hospitalized quite suddenly a few weeks ago. It was so good to hear that he is now home and feeling much better, although he remains under doctors care. He will need those winter days sitting by the fire to get his strength back, and Im sure he will. He wanted to express thanks for all the best wishes, and assure everyone that he plans to carry on in the sound business as always. He is very much looking forward to going to Norwood Fair, and with some extra help from two of his sons it will be business as usual, (I dont suppose hell be climbing any ladders himself for a while!!).. and hes looking forward to next year! Thank goodness! Our Fairs wouldnt be the same without him !!!
