I was surprised to see a show on Osho today on television. How he came to the USA , they settled in a town here and one of his disciples was very ambitious and got involved in politics. It was a woman and she ordered some of the followers to make samonella and they went out and sprinkled the bacteria in salad bars around the town to make people sick so they wouldnt show up to vote when her candidate was placed to run for office so he would win. They had won a vote before , but made the local people angry because they changed the name of the town to Rajneesh. It turns out they had made 750 people sick using bio-terrorism by dumping this salmonella in the local eateries. Wow! Then the program said Osho was honest and he came forward and confessed that this woman did this to the people. Apparently he did not know of her plot. They arrested her and sent her to prison. Osho was deported for immigration violations according to the program and not for what the woman did. Interesting that this seems to come out of nowhere after all these years to television here now. I know some of Oshos followers believe that the American guv poisoned him while he was in their custody. Amazing story.
