I was tagged by Lara Elizabeth to list the top ten books that have made an impact on my life. I won’t tag others, but I do invite you to list a few and tag me. I love to know… or at least remember that book that inspired you just when you needed it. I was impulsive with the list- Okay, Here goes. Gone with the Wind, Margaret Mitchell A Thousand Acres, Jane Smiley Postcards, Annie Proulx Poisonwood Bible, Barbara Kingsolver Angle of Repose, Wallace Stegner Taming of the Shrew, Shakespeare Collected Sonnets, Edna St. Vincent Millay All the Pretty Horses, Cormac McCarthy The Beet Queen, Louise Erdrich. And forgive the last one, Stable Relation. No book as had a greater personal impact than this outlandish adventure that happens daily in my studio at 3:30 am for the last 20 months.
