I was talking to a young person earlier and he asked what I saw for the future. Lol. I gave him my vision. First there will be a battle between the have and have nots, history repeating itself. The have nots will win and never allow the disparity to appear again. Equality and distribution of global resources will become the norm. Second, a resolution to save the planet from our filthy ways will be enacted worldwide. A race to develop colonies in space will ensue. Third, the Earth will become an agricultural vacation resort. It will heal itself from our presence and provide food to humanity living in space and lunar colonies. Imagine the efficiency of living and working in space. Our Earth will be free of contaminants and pollution and supply our human population. Humanity will forego ownership and money. Humans will begin to migrate to planets and colonize in space stations. They will eventually leap frog into the outer regions of our solar system. That is my vision. Much the same as Gene Roddenberry. It will not happen tomorrow...but someday.
