I was talking to someone the other evening about life insurance & funerals. You always hear of people buying crazy life ins plans on others then plotting to kill them. Or you hear of people who have fanily die unexpectedly and they have no money for a funeral. My thought was, why dont we all pay the government (or some organization) like $5 per month and then they cover everyones funeral no matter what. Like all the same price. But you never have to worry about it and there would never have to be life insurance deaths. There are probably many down sides to this. But it was a thought. Why hasnt this been tried or done. Just curious.
