I was talking to the candidates of WAEC/NECO/JAMB in my church today after service i shared some points with them among them include: 1.Pray against power of implications and distractions. 2.Read instructions carefully,e.g use HB pencil, fill in Block letters etc. 3.Prepare all the documents needed for the exams down a day to the exam. 4.Look smart and dress normal(this sounded funny to them untill i explain how dressin could implicate them). 5.Avoid Examination Malpratices 6.Get to the exam hall early in case of impromptu informations. 7.Dont immitate people, know youself(knw when best and how best you can read) 8.Work out all your steps especially in maths,(e.g cross multiply, collect the like terms, find the L.C.M) they add to your marks. 9.Work on your writing, make them clear enough,if you have bad one it is not too late to practise with a 2D exercise book.(keep it a secret) 10.Dont shade outside beyound the provided box for options in Objectives. 11.Make sure you shade the 4 corners of the OMR sheet given to you as it has been shaded there, shade faintly and not beyound the box(UTME). 12.Avoid anxiety upon the given of the questions, calm down and do the ones you knw first. 13.Always go to exam hall with your wristwatch, when you collect your question paper, take them to divide your time and allocate a particular time for a question so as to know if you are wasting much time on a question. 14.Give examples and draw where necessary even if not compulsory just to show how sure you are about the question and it could fetch you more marks. 15.Dont write in the Margin, pls keep off writin on Margins of booklet in theories. 16. Practise your stress, know their rules and Master some common grammars(WAEC/NECO). 17.Master your summary as they are simple to pass and they carry more marks. 18.Avoid use of shorthands in writing in theories,(e.g your=ur,favour=fa4......etc.) 19.Write your name First, number and shade them properly before any other thing. 20.Read relevant things, believe in yourself and have a rest of mind that all is well. After these i asked for people that doesnt have wristwatches to write their names down as it will be provided by FLD to time themseleves in the Exam,You could please help share this on your timeline as it might help a candidate in your area. -OLADAYO AMUSAN CEO FLDinAfrica #Changeagent
