"I was thinking about Apostle Paul when he wrote the epistle to Philippians. He could probably be of 56-60 years old back then, under house arrest in Rome, in chains, his body so battered due to his constant travel and persecutions, to the extend he calls himself an old man! (Philemon Verse 9, said to be written almost one year before the epistle to Philippians) But one word that was used constantly in Philippians strikes a different chord. The word "Joy" or "Rejoice" appears 16 times altogether in all the four chapters. Remarkable right? "
