I was threatened with arrest last night, whilst preaching on the streets of Joliet, IL (the crowd I was preaching to was mixed with very Godless, profane persons who despised prophesying). The officer asked for my id to which I sought to confirm whether or not it was legal for him to do so. I commend him for telling me the truth: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_and_Identify_statutes I know my rights, as you brothers and sisters know yours, and in the end he told me that if I feel I need to preach the way I was then go ahead (but just dont get in any ones face... which I did not, the young woman who stormed across the street, telling me to shut the **** up! and go elsewhere to preach was actually the one who got in my face). Praise the LORD, Sister Ayers, Brother Cooley, Brother Hansen & Hansen, Brother Young, Brother Morris and Tate, Brother Wilson, Sister Taylor and Brother Finney, that your state does not have this statute! Hopefully the rest of us can get it overturned.
