I was trying to analyse Ghanas problem and what i realised is that our institutions are not working; they are so dormant and useless. The possible reason that occured to me was that the heads of these institutions also want to be paid like the politicians before they do their works. They may be right; someone drives in V8, and all he does is to shout y33y333333!!!!!!!! in parliament yet he is paid more. The 10% monthly salary slash by the Prez and his appointees is not bad though i personally would have wished for 20%, nonetheless, I just hope this would not serve as a conduit for corruption. The appointees knowing very well their take hope would be less 10% would be turn around to look for it elsewhere.
