I was trying to enjoy a day of reading but quickly became a little disturbed when I ran across a post that describe Serena Williams as a man-looking woman and someone who was just plain ugly. Of course, the people who said it were African American women...It frightens me to think that we are headed back into the early 18 and 1900s where women had no rights and were treated like second class citizens. When we bash each other, it tells other people that its okay to treat us this way....Then, some of you wonder why you dont have a man....No man wants a gossipy, disrespectful woman--some men got them but those arent called women...they are called something else. Sn: I wasnt freed so that you may imprison me with your words of ridicule.
