I wasnt going to share this, its very personal.But I have decided to because Its an example of how good GOD is . And Everyday the past 5 days since this happened It has hit me even harder how fortunate I am that my baby was not killed .I guess I am now past the initial shock .Anyways nearly a week ago my 14 yr old Allyson went as she often does, to her friends house after school. Her friend was sitting on the tailgate of her familys truck by the road and Al was several feet away,her common sense part of her brain apparently turned off, laying in the road .They were just talking,hanging out,and a few cars had passed, seeing Allyson and swerving around her .So Ally says she kind of just quit paying attention assuming everyone saw her .Finally a pickup comes along and Als friend screamed at her that this truck was coming straight at her, and to get out of the way .Allyson says she just froze and was scared it was too late,that it would hit her for sure if she stood up at that point..The full size pickup ran right over my baby ...tires missing everything but her right arm ... they said had he slammed on his brakes her arm would have been ripped off.. It is a miracle shes not dead .. The good from this situation is it rattled her., woke her up and she swore she will stop doing stupid things....She said she knew she was dead..Thank you God,I dont know what I would do without this girl...
