I watched a young guy come down the escalator at the airport yesterday. They was a guy close to his age and an even older guy waiting at the bottom. The "Dad" grabbed the "son" and hugged him, tight. When they turned I could see the tears "Dad" was holding back. Proud of you, missed you so much son, his lips were saying. The "brother" had a big bear hug for him also. When the young guy was released from his welcome, his haircut and shirt told me military. That hug and tears told me he was loved and missed. Today as I am grateful for all military, I also thank their families. The sacrifices made, extend into the homes and hearts of them as well. Happy 4th of July!! Happy Birthday America!!!
