I watched the Mitt Romneys in David Gregorys Meet the Press interview Sunday morning. The ex-Governor of Massachusetts whom President Obama praised and credited for inspiring his Obamacare, indulged some bouts of Romneysia as Obama once called it, which, actually, is Obamacare denialism. Romney was in extreme philosophical difficulty in trying to explain the difference between Romneycare in Massachusetts and Obamacare, which is Romneycare taken nationwide. Romney argued that his health-care plan was only good for his state of Massachusetts which Gov. Deval Patrick, his successor has defended, improved and institutionalized. Romneycare in Massachusetts faced almost exactly the same kind of web-site glitches Obamacare is facing right now nationwide, including early slow registration should that be the case, and the GOP allegation proved true. Romney was asking President Obama to work with GOP. But, the GOP-Tea Party alliance doesnt want to work with the president on Obamacare. They want to repeal it, or delay to destroy it or just defund it. But, they dont have the congressional numbers in the Senate to fulfill that expectation and Obama will veto such a bill.
