I went out with my girlfriends son this morning on the river which was good laughs with a friend of mine Brad Barker who traveled a good distance to get out on the water to do some fishing with me. After an hour of drifting roe with my Skippers Tackle Box Tornado Reel, I switched to my Golden FN2000 Skippers Tackle Box spinning reel with a small spinner. I casted about 15 casts in the first pool and nothing. Went down to the next pool 1st cast I thought I seen a flash, the second cast I seen nothing. I stared to wonder if I should go down to the next pool seeing how have never caught a fish in this spot. Nah one more cast two flashes and Bang she was on. Blowing out of the water ripping through the current. After about 5 minutes I landed this beauty steelhead. Brad also Landed a coho salmon for his travel out.
