I went through a lot of effort to edit and fancy-up a video featuring members of The Chainbreakers warband testing some amended RP combat rules (the point being to ensure that ALL special abilities are limited, useable, and desirable for purchase despite other options)... But FB is making things difficult and I am now sick of constantly reloading my browser/waiting to see the failed upload message. Below is unedited video 1. The amended rules featured in the following 3 vids are thus: Cleave Limb - you may only have ONE disabled limb at a time due to this attack. Therefore, if you lose your sword arm, you can ignore Cleave strikes to your shield arm, etc. Shield Break - may only be attempted once per encounter (regardless of a hit or miss), but lasts for a count of three. Destruction - spell deals 2hp damage. Shields still block. Holy Light - the spell balls need only strike a target to take effect, but target must be aware of the attempt. The tags must be pressed to an allys costume to revive them from the out-of-action state. Note: these are not finalized and approved rules, only an approved test.
